We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives within our People Digital Team. Operating in a multicultural environment across five continents, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end project execution within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multiple concurrent global projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on the project needs and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across diverse global teams to drive progress and resolve challenges in a multicultural setting.
  • Oversee SaaS and HR system deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior management and project sponsors, ensuring full transparency on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, driving risk management and resolution efforts.
  • Prepare and lead Steering Committees, ensuring alignment and support from leadership.
  • Monitor project budgets, financials, and ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.
