Exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Projects Counsel to support a leading multinational organisation delivering major infrastructure projects across EMEA. This role sits within a highly regarded in-house legal team and will focus on advising on large-scale development projects, land use, planning, zoning and environmental permitting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on planning, zoning and land use issues across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Supporting major infrastructure and development projects.
  • Managing environmental permitting and regulatory approval processes.
  • Drafting and negotiating development-related agreements.
  • Managing external counsel and coordinating cross-border legal advice.
  • Partnering closely with senior business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Contributing to legal templates, playbooks and process improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • UK or EU-qualified lawyer.
  • Ideally 5-8+ years' PQE.
  • Strong experience in planning, infrastructure, real estate development and/or environmental law.
  • Experience advising on major infrastructure, energy, transport, utilities, data centre or large-scale development projects.
  • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Experience gained in private practice, in-house or government bodies will be considered.
