- We are seeking an experienced
CLM Project Manager to support the delivery of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programme for a global organisation. This is an interim, full-time contract starting in
September for an initial
3-month engagement.
The successful consultant will play a key role in managing the implementation and optimisation of the
Sirion CLM platform , working closely with legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of a CLM implementation project using
Sirion .
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into project deliverables.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular project status updates to senior leadership.
- Support change management activities, user adoption, and training initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
- Ensure governance processes, documentation, and project reporting are maintained throughout the engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Sirion is essential.
- Strong project management experience delivering complex technology or legal transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with legal, procurement, and commercial contracting teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is advantageous.
- Project management certifications (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are desirable but not essential.
