We are seeking a Privacy Lawyer to join a leading global organisation on an initial 6-month contract basis.
Provide legal advice on data privacy and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, review and negotiate privacy-related provisions in commercial agreements, including data processing agreements, vendor contracts and customer-facing terms.
Support compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and other international data protection frameworks.
Advise stakeholders on privacy risk assessments, data incidents, regulatory enquiries and data governance initiatives.
Partner closely with legal, compliance, information security and business teams on privacy-related projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualified lawyer with significant experience advising on privacy and data protection matters.
Experience supporting organisations within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
