We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a global technology company on a four-month assignment. You'll play a key role in supporting employment law matters across EMEA, while also advising on cross-border issues in AMER and APAC when required.
- Advise HR and legal stakeholders on a broad range of day-to-day employment law matters.
- Support employee relations issues, workplace investigations, disciplinary and performance matters, grievances, and employment disputes.
- Provide guidance on recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, leave and accommodation matters, restructures, redundancies, and employee exits.
- Review and update employment policies, templates, and internal guidance.
- Work with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific employment law issues where required.
- Monitor legal developments and contribute to wider employment law projects.
Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' employment law experience. Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law, ideally gained in-house or supporting multinational organisations. Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with legal and HR teams. Commercial, pragmatic, and confident managing sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.
