Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lawyer to provide anti-bribery and anti-corruption training to our customer within the UAE. The role will involve delivering practical, jurisdiction-specific compliance guidance to ensure adherence to both UK Bribery Act and anti-corruption regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored anti-bribery and corruption training sessions for the client’s sales team.
- Advise on compliance best practices relevant to business operations in the UAE.
- Provide guidance on internal policies and risk mitigation strategies for cross-border transactions.
- Support the client’s compliance function on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or compliance matters.
- Familiarity with UAE and UK legal frameworks governing bribery and corruption.
- Arabic language skills and/or UAE legal qualification highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging compliance training.
- Availability to commence immediately on an ad-hoc basis.
