About the Role

Our client is seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights for their Harrow facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced industrial maintenance professionals with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or light industrial environment. In this role, you will maintain, repair, and optimize production equipment to ensure reliable operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote safe work practices by regulatory agencies and company policies (including LOTO, Arc Flash, and OSHA standards)
  • Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on all plant equipment, including industrial machinery, mechanical drives, and power systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment
  • Weld, cut, and fabricate parts for equipment installations
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Document work performed and prepare reports as required
  • Update and close work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate parts tracking
  • Available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance

Requirements

  • Valid Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (433A) License or 4th year apprentice with hours achieved
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Certified Welder (Plate, 3G, or other certifications preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams
  • Ability to work at elevated heights and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
