Our client, a respected UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to strengthen its team. This is a strategic hire offering:

- Advise on construction contracts and project documentation
- Support clients across the full lifecycle of construction projects

Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent)
- Mid to Senior Associate (2–7 PQE) in construction law
- Experience in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed construction work
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience within a recognised construction or project practice
- Interest in shaping and growing a developing team
- Comfortable operating with autonomy
