A leading organisation within the asset management sector is seeking a highly experienced Employment Lawyer to provide ad-hoc legal support on employee relations and employment projects. This role is ideal for a senior legal professional with extensive experience advising within financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice and support on a range of employee relations matters.
- Advise on and support employment-related projects, including restructures, redundancies, and organisational changes.
- Ensure employment practices align with current legislation and regulatory standards within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, risk-based legal solutions.
Key Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 15+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Proven track record advising on complex employment law issues and managing employment projects.
- Experience working within financial services, ideally within asset management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
- Availability to work on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.
