  • Corporate Lawyers to provide interim support to a leading London law firm’s
  • Corporate & Commercial practice , which includes its

Private Equity and Funds team .

The team is experiencing increased client demand and requires additional support while it continues its permanent recruitment process.

  • Roles Available
  • Mid to Senior – 4+ PQE
  • Run smaller private M&A transactions independently.
  • Act as second chair on larger and more complex transactions.
  • Advise on a broad range of private M&A matters.
  • Ideally bring experience working with private equity clients and/or on private equity transactions.
  • Junior to Mid – 2–4 PQE
  • Support the team on private M&A transactions and related corporate matters.
  • Work alongside senior lawyers on larger transactions.
  • Gain exposure to private equity and funds-related work where relevant.

Requirements

  • UK-qualified solicitor with
  • Strong

Private M&A experience is essential.

Private Equity experience is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
