Our customer, a leading IT company is seeking a commercially focused lawyer to support its legal team on a part-time basis. This 6-month contract role is ideal for a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong experience in IT contracts, including software and hardware agreements, and a flexible approach to working across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial IT contracts, including software and hardware agreements
- Supporting business units on legal issues relating to commercial transactions and procurement
- Providing legal advice across the EMEA region on an ad-hoc, flexible basis
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel where required
Key Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Proven experience in IT-related legal work, with a focus on software and hardware contracts
- Ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams
Desirable Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience in data center-related contracts or projects
- Exposure to broader commercial and technology legal matters across EMEA
