Our customer, a global law firm is seeking an experienced Company Secretariat / Governance Lawyer to join on an interim secondment basis for up to 6 months. This role will provide senior-level support across a broad range of governance and corporate secretariat matters.
- Providing London-based company secretariat and governance support to a global corporate
- Advising on governance aspects of corporate transactions
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders across treasury, investor relations, legal and senior leadership
- Ideally Senior Associate level with relevant governance / company secretarial experience, though exceptional solicitors below this level will be considered
- Strong experience advising on corporate governance and company secretariat matters within a listed or complex corporate environment
- Familiarity with MAR, UK Listing Rules, dividends/capital management, and governance support for transactions
- Confident engaging with senior internal stakeholders in a credible and commercial manner
