An excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join a well-regarded legal team on a long-term contract basis. The role sits within a collaborative and supportive environment, working on a range of private and development real estate matters.
Location: London (ideally) / Hybrid – approximately 1 day per week in the office
Start Date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on private real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting development projects across the commercial property lifecycle
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
- Managing high-volume lease work efficiently, including detailed lease reviews and amendments
- Handling mid-level real estate matters independently, with flexibility to support more junior-level work when required
- Working closely with partners and associates on complex and time-sensitive matters
- Maintaining high standards of drafting, accuracy, and client service
Candidate Profile:
- UK-qualified solicitor with solid experience in non-contentious real estate
- Strong background in commercial leasing, including hands-on experience negotiating leases
- Comfortable “crunching through” lease documentation and managing multiple matters concurrently
