Our customer, a global bank is looking for an experienced Regulatory Change Project Manager to support a high-profile regulatory change programme focused on the evolving UK crypto-asset regulatory landscape. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone with strong project management experience within financial services and regulatory change. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a regulatory change programme covering multiple FCA regulatory initiatives. Track regulatory obligations, project plans, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables. Coordinate regulatory impact assessments across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other business teams. Organise governance meetings, prepare materials for senior stakeholders, and monitor actions and decisions. Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Proven experience delivering regulatory change or large cross-functional projects within financial services. Strong understanding of UK financial regulations (FCA experience preferred; PRA knowledge is beneficial). Experience with governance, regulatory impact assessments, and stakeholder management. Exposure to digital assets, crypto regulation, or other emerging regulatory frameworks is desirable. Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.
