We're looking for a Power Platform Developer to join a rapidly growing construction business investing heavily in automation, AI and digital transformation across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernising how the business operates, helping to replace manual processes, streamline workflows and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency across the organisation.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll design, build and maintain applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, while supporting the wider adoption of AI-enabled technologies including Microsoft Copilot. This role would suit someone with strong Power Platform experience who wants to broaden their exposure across automation, AI and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Design and optimise workflows using Power Automate
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists and business processes
  • Support the development of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Maintain and support Azure DevOps environments and deployment processes
  • Assist with the integration and optimisation of Microsoft business systems
Requirements
  • Experience building and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online, including sites and lists
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure technologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Microsoft Fabric experience
  • Dynamics 365 exposure
  • Project delivery or project coordination experience
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives
