As Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of these programmes, working closely with senior leadership and technical teams while gaining exposure to high‑impact transformation work and a clear progression into a Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital and automation projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery stays on track
- Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for governance and leadership teams
- Act as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams
- Support stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout delivery
Requirements
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects within digital, IT, or transformation environments
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Proactive approach to problem solving and delivery
- Basic understanding of digital, data, or automation concepts
- Familiarity with structured project methodologies such as PRINCE2
Desirable
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
