Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems to minimize disruptions and downtime.
  • Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong skills in virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware).
  • Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure, Entra, and Intune.
