We’re working with a leading manufacturing business in Rotherham, looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their team. This varied role involves working across manufacturing‑specific applications and Microsoft business tools, with excellent opportunities for training and career development. Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain manufacturing applications including ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan, Corrugator Scheduling
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the business
- Work with colleagues across departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, and integration projects
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain system performance
- Manufacturing business systems: ePS (Tharstern), Kiwiplan, Corrugator Scheduling
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Power Automate, Office 365
- ERP and reporting systems within a manufacturing environment
- Windows Server and Active Directory (user/admin tasks)
- Remote access tools and third‑party applications
