A growing IT Services business is looking for an IT Support Technician to support one of their customer environments based in Wembley. This is a user-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible and embedded within the customer environment rather than sitting behind a remote service desk all day. You will be the go-to person onsite for day-to-day support, working closely with end users while also collaborating with the wider technical team. The environment is fast-moving and varied, so this role suits someone who is proactive, personable and comfortable taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Providing onsite IT support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Managing users and devices across Active Directory / Entra ID
- Escalating more complex issues where required whilst remaining the onsite point of contact
- Assisting with onboarding, moves and general user support
