Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of digital and automation projects from initiation through to completion
  • Coordinate activities across stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery stays on track
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for governance and leadership teams
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Support stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout delivery

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects within digital, IT, or transformation environments
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
