We’re looking for a Business Systems Developer to join a rapidly growing construction business investing heavily into digital transformation, automation and AI-enabled technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll work across Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Copilot technologies, helping to build scalable internal solutions while supporting wider digital and operational improvement projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving internal systems, automating business processes and developing low-code applications that support operations across the wider organisation. The environment would suit someone who enjoys solving real operational challenges through technology, working closely with stakeholders and taking ownership of systems and process improvements across a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications within Microsoft Power Platform
- Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists and internal collaboration tools
- Support the development of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Support digital transformation and systems improvement projects across the business
- Maintain and support Azure DevOps environments and deployment processes
- Assist with integration and optimisation of Microsoft business systems and platforms
Requirements:
- Experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with Power Automate
- Experience working with SharePoint, including sites and lists
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure technologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Microsoft Fabric
- Project delivery or project coordination experience
- Experience working within digital transformation or automation-focused environments
