You’ll be working across a broad mix of technologies including Microsoft 365, networking, servers and end-user infrastructure, while also getting exposure to project delivery and client onboarding work.
Responsibilities

- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
- Managing users and security within Entra ID / Active Directory
- Assisting with networking issues across switches, routers, firewalls and WiFi
- Carrying out installs, upgrades and project work onsite
- Building strong relationships with end users and clients
- Escalating more complex issues where required

- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments

- Ability to work independently across client sites
- Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment (Beneficial)
Full UK Driving License is essential for this, for obvious reasons. This is a genuinely varied field role with a growing IT Services business where you’ll have autonomy, client exposure and the chance to broaden your technical skillset and grow within the company.
