Elevate (oneelevate.com) is a fast‑growing global agency working across sports, media, entertainment and gaming. We’re looking for a Principal with deep experience in gaming, betting, entertainment, and/or the consumer technology sector to lead strategic executive searches and drive commercial growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end Executive and Connect search projects with confidence and autonomy.
- Run client briefings, manage offer processes, deliver updates, and present candidate insights.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients and high‑calibre candidates.
- Generate new business opportunities through market insight, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Support pitches and proposals; represent Elevate’s full suite of services.
- Conduct robust candidate assessments using advanced behavioural techniques and assessment tools.
- Champion operational excellence and act as a “Super User” across internal systems.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in the gaming, betting, entertainment, and/or the consumer technology sector.
- Proven success in winning executive search mandates and driving revenue.
- Strong sector knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving ability, and a collaborative working style.
- High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
