POSITION SUMMARY - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: The Account Executive will drive ticket sales and premium hospitality growth for a Premier League Football Club client through new business development, account management, and event execution. This includes selling VIP premium tickets for selected venues, with regular travel to attend high-profile events and matches across the UK. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a high-performance team culture, primarily based at Elevate’s London office. A successful candidate will cultivate relationships with VIPs, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, discretion, and the high standards expected at elite hospitality levels.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum, plus a healthy commission scheme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue through outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, virtual presentations, in-person meetings, and networking events.
- Sell premium hospitality packages to individuals, businesses, and community organisations.
- Upsell and cross-sell existing customers by identifying additional revenue opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned ticket sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain daily outreach goals using provided lead lists while generating new leads through referrals, networking, social selling, and community involvement.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalised service, and value-driven interactions.
- Attend local events, games, and networking functions to support relationship-building and client engagement.
- Provide best-in-class service to all current and prospective clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Manage and retain existing accounts by keeping in regular contact with clients.
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to develop and execute group sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Accurately maintain records of leads, prospects, sales activities, and account information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
- Contribute to a competitive and collaborative team culture by participating in meetings, trainings, and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a frontline representative on game days, managing client experiences, hosting events, and resolving issues.
- Travel to client venues across the UK, including some out-of-hours and weekend commitments, to support operations and provide on-site client service.
- Assist client ticket and operations with event-day responsibilities as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends, team initiatives, and local market dynamics.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, group sales, or premium ticketing preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during sports seasons and major events.
