CRM ANALYST – OVERVIEW: Elevate is looking for a CRM Analyst to join our revenue strategy team. You will be our day-to-day Salesforce administrator, reporting to the Senior CRM Analyst to effectively manage sales enablement tools serving more than 100 senior-level users. This role will be vital to sales executives as they understand and use Salesforce to close business. You will have direct exposure to leaders from all Elevate solutions, supporting their training and engagement with the system by serving as our first point of contact for all things Salesforce. The Analyst will also directly drive revenue for our Elevate Experiences team by distributing leads and creating campaigns via bulk uploads of opportunities. Our CRM efforts are a vital part of the revenue generation team for Elevate and our clients will be at the heart of all you do.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM ADMINISTRATION
  • Provide day-to-day support and training for users of Elevate’s Salesforce instance.
  • Use standard and custom Salesforce objects to collect, maintain, and query data that leads to actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Assist CRM team with pipeline management, helping sales leaders to make data driven decisions from current and future sales opportunities.
  • Execute lead scoring program to prioritize leads based on multiple criteria.
  • Manage, select, and distribute leads from a variety of lead sources for B2C campaigns.
  • Collaborate with CRM team and sales leaders to enhance user processes and data integrity.
  • Assist internal teams, such as Marketing, with list development.
  • ADDITIONAL TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist with client CRM engagements, spanning multiple systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A. Education and/or Experience
    • Analyst Level: One+ (1+) years of work experience in a CRM role is preferred.
    • Sports industry experience a plus.
  • B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), including workflows and customizations.
    • Familiarity with basic database concepts and the relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products.
    • Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites.
    • Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI to tell stories with the data.
    • Self-starter with a positive, “no-quit” attitude.
    • People-oriented. Ability to collaborate and influence diverse teams.
    • Strong communication skills that can tell the story of the data.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
    • Understands the importance of preserving confidentiality.
