We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment and thrives on resolving customer queries, building relationships and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
Proactively collect outstanding debt whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Investigate and resolve customer invoice and account queries.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations and Customer Services.
Monitor aged debt and implement effective collection strategies.
Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to the Credit Manager.
Allocate cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
Review customer accounts against agreed credit terms.
Support month-end reporting and cash collection performance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce aged debt.
