Job Summary We are looking for a plumber for one of our clients based in Reigate. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive, maintenance and small plumbing installation jobs. As an engineer you’ll be working throughout a broad range of sites from commercial FM sites as well as some residential properties. Responsibilities * Carry out plumbing call outs, maintenance and remedial works * Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. * Diagnose faults recommend appropriate solutions. * Deliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance Heating services via the PPM * Assemble components using hand tools and power tools. * Carry out heavy lifting when required for the installation of equipment. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
