About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join our clients growing team based in Crawley. Working within the fast-paced and exciting events industry, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting a busy finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending and processing customer invoices
  • Reconciling bank and card transactions
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with accounts administration and bookkeeping tasks
  • Managing and updating financial data using QuickBooks
  • Supporting the wider team with finance-related duties as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts assistant, or finance administration role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is ideal but not essential (other financial software experience is required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
