Exciting Product Manager opportunity for an experienced Product Specialist for our client a mortgage retailer with ambitious and exciting plans to build its product offering, customer base and brand awareness. This role will be pivotal to the business achieving its growth ambitions and will play a lead role in developing their product offering. The Product Specialist will work to develop the Product portfolio and drive its success – Excelent package includes: c£55k Salary Hybrid Working – c2 days in office 35 Hour Week Private Healthcare Generous pension Free Onsite Parking Product Manager – Key skills & Experience Significant experience within financial services (critical) Understanding of mortgage products and their features gained through working for a lender Understanding of savers products and their features gained through working for a lender (desirable) Proven experience growing a specialist mortgage book for a lender (desirable) Great understanding of the specialist mortgage market and experience in the development of new products and bringing these to market Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Commercial outlook, with a passion for delivering positive customer outcomes. Ambition with a desire to grow and develop in your career.
