Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with a background in social housing and a strong understanding of compliance and tenant safety standards? Our client, a Housing Association in the Trowbridge area, is looking for an interim surveyor to join their team and support key property projects.
The Role
- Overseeing planned capital works, property repairs and maintenance programmes
- Managing and assessing disrepair claims in line with legislative and policy frameworks
- Conducting detailed damp and mould inspections, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective remedial action
- Applying HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) knowledge to ensure housing standards are fully met
