We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and EPCs on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
- Produce accurate EPCs in compliance with current regulations
- Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)
- Paid per completed survey – competitive rates
- Immediate start available
Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation:
- Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and qualified DEA
- Accreditation with a recognised energy assessor scheme (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available.
