Stock Condition Surveyor / DEA

Salary: £250 – £350/day outside ir35 paid per survey

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property consultancy, to appoint an experienced Condition/DEA surveyor to their busy team producing building surveys using Keystone software, on housing stock in the Southampton area. Thus role is outside ir35 and paid per survey basis with OTE of £250 to £300 per day on average.
