We’re looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support a programme of residential property inspections across Hampshire.
Day rate OTE £250–£300, depending on experience and volume.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic housing
- Completing HHSRS assessments in line with current guidance
- Undertaking Domestic Energy Assessments and producing EPC data
- Recording accurate condition data using handheld devices or survey software
- Working autonomously across a defined patch while meeting productivity targets
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering stock condition surveys
- Strong working knowledge of HHSRS
- Qualified and competent to carry out Domestic Energy Assessments
- Ability to manage your own workload and hit daily inspection targets
- Full UK driving licence
Contract details:
