We are currently seeking an experienced Voids Surveyor to join a social housing property services team, responsible for surveying and overseeing the refurbishment and turnaround of empty properties to ensure they are returned to a lettable standard efficiently, safely and within agreed timescales. The successful candidate will undertake pre-works inspections, identify required repairs and improvements, prepare specifications and schedules of work, and manage contractors through to completion. You will work closely with housing management, lettings, repairs, contractors and residents to ensure properties are brought back into use as quickly as possible and to the required standard.
