Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local affordable housing provider and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced residential property Sales and Marketing manager to their busy development team:

Key role responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of the organisations shared ownership offer and implement processes and procedures to provide effective delivery, marketing and handover of a growing shared ownership and sales programme.
  • Support the implementation of the Option Appraisal Growth and Great Homes aspirations of the organisation and lead on the creation of marketing strategies for all new developments and disposals of existing homes.
  • Oversee the team activity required for dealing with customers at all stages of their buying or selling customer journey.
  • Work closely across the directorates to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
