What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a similar repairs coordination, property management or housing admin role (desirable). * Strong understanding of the challenges and sensitivity around damp, mould, and disrepair. * Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines. * Confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office. * A proactive, empathetic, and resident-focused approach to service delivery.
