Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing long term temporary basis:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor (or procurement professional) with a strong background in local authority and public sector projects.
- Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities.
- Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements.
- Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation of contract documentation.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.
- Effective stakeholder manager, working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and contractors.
- Able to provide immediate commercial support to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.
