We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a wide range of fire safety upgrade works, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are met across all projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the delivery of fire safety upgrade programmes, including cladding replacement and building fabric works. * Oversee contracts management, ensuring suppliers and contractors deliver to agreed standards, budgets, and timescales. * Monitor contractor performance and compliance, addressing issues and driving continuous improvement. * Carry out quality assurance checks on completed works, ensuring they meet fire safety regulations, specifications, and industry best practice. * Take responsibility for health and safety management, ensuring safe working practices across all sites. * Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear progress updates, risk management, and reporting. * Ensure works are delivered in line with relevant fire safety legislation, building regulations, and company policies. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven track record in project management, ideally within construction, building safety, or fire safety works. * Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, cladding works, and health & safety legislation. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors and complex programmes simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. * Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, CIOB, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are desirable. This role is hybrid 2 days site/ office and 3 days remote, offers excellent working conditions and is an initial 9 month fixed-term contract
