About the

Role: We are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to deliver a tenure-blind, professional, and customer-centric service addressing entrenched anti-social behaviour.

You will work across Oxfordshire, delivering resolutions and enforcement actions while championing values of kindness, respect, inclusivity, ambition, responsibility, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ASB cases, including legal work and court processes.
  • Work with external partner agencies, solicitors, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide high-quality customer service with a proven track record in customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively across Oxfordshire to address ASB issues and deliver tenancy success.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge and experience of ASB case management, legal work, and court processes.
  • Experience working with external partner agencies, solicitors, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a car to enable extensive travel across Oxfordshire.
