We’re looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support a programme of residential property inspections across Hampshire.

Day rate OTE £250–£300, depending on experience and volume.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic housing
  • Completing HHSRS assessments in line with current guidance
  • Undertaking Domestic Energy Assessments and producing EPC data
  • Recording accurate condition data using handheld devices or survey software
  • Working autonomously across a defined patch while meeting productivity targets

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience delivering stock condition surveys
  • Strong working knowledge of HHSRS
  • Qualified and competent to carry out Domestic Energy Assessments
  • Ability to manage your own workload and hit daily inspection targets
  • Full UK driving licence

Contract details:

  • Ongoing contract work
  • Hampshire-based patch
  • Day rate OTE £250–£300
