We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects in London & the South East.

This is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid on completion of the expert witness report.

Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.

Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.

This is an excellent opportunity, which has fantastic earning potential and provides the opportunity for long-term work and flexible work.
