Elevate Projects are looking for a Leasehold Officer to join a housing association in Gloucester on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will take the lead in managing and developing their Leasehold, Home Ownership, and Shared Ownership services, ensuring they maximise income while delivering exceptional service to leaseholders, shared owners, and commercial tenants. You will also play a key role in proactively managing their Commercial Premises portfolio, making sure their assets are used effectively to generate income and benefit the community.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience in Leasehold Management and Right to Buy services.
- A strong understanding of Commercial Property Management legislation.
- A relevant technical housing qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Housing Management.
