We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in East Anglia. This is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid per report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims.
  • Production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.

This self-employed work provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time engagement. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.
