We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis. This is home/site based and overseeing planned and capital works upgrades.

Duties will include:

  • Management of the delivery of major works
  • Contract administration
  • Ensuring works are delivered on time, budget and to the desired specification
  • Management of fire safety and compliance upgrades
  • Tendering of special projects
  • Contractor performance monitoring to ensure efficient performance
  • Management of H&S and CDM

Candidates should be an experienced Building Surveyor with appropriate qualifications and experience. Must be able to manage own time effectively and work under their own initiative. Should have experience of managing contractors to deliver planned and major works and have a full driving licence and vehicle.
