We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven individual to lead a growing division delivering large-scale retrofit and low-carbon building upgrades across residential and public sector portfolios. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance, growth, and strategic direction of a multi-disciplinary delivery unit.
You will oversee operational teams delivering external wall insulation (EWI), internal wall insulation (IWI), air source heat pump installations, and solar PV deployment, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient delivery at scale.
You will also play a key role in winning new work, shaping bids, and developing long-term client partnerships to expand the division's pipeline and market presence.
