We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator to work on a hybrid basis for an initial period of 6 months. Candidates will be responsible for the provision of support to the property team.
Responsibilities:
- Clear backlog of compliance issues
- Accurately logging compliance information
- Collate and analyse data
- Liaison with tenants where required
- Using a variety of software packages including asset databases and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have excellent IT skills and be fully conversant with Microsoft Office.
