We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator to work on a hybrid basis for an initial period of 6 months. Candidates will be responsible for the provision of support to the property team.

Responsibilities:

  • Clear backlog of compliance issues
  • Accurately logging compliance information
  • Collate and analyse data
  • Liaison with tenants where required
  • Using a variety of software packages including asset databases and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have excellent IT skills and be fully conversant with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a good communicator and happy to communicate with people by telephone.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
