Fire Safety Surveyor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing, to appoint an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to join their busy Compliance team on an ongoing temporary contract : About the Role As our Fire Safety Surveyor, you\’ll play a critical role in protecting people and property. You’ll be responsible for overseeing external contractors, monitoring progress on FRA remedial actions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant fire safety legislation and internal policies. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate appointed fire safety contractors across multiple sites. * Review and interpret Fire Risk Assessments to develop clear, actionable plans. * Oversee delivery of remedial actions, ensuring quality and timely completion. * Conduct site inspections and surveys to validate works and compliance. * Maintain up-to-date records of actions, reports, and certifications. * Provide technical fire safety advice to internal teams and stakeholders
