The Role You’ll deliver a range of surveying duties across residential housing stock, focusing on: Overseeing planned capital works, property repairs and maintenance programmes Managing and assessing disrepair claims in line with legislative and policy frameworks Conducting detailed damp and mould inspections, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective remedial action Applying HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) knowledge to ensure housing standards are fully met About You We’re looking for an individual who brings a proactive and solution-focused approach with: Proven experience working within a Housing Association or Local Authority environment Strong technical competence in building pathology, maintenance, and project management In-depth understanding of housing compliance and tenant safety HHSRS Certification (mandatory) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply?
