Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord ,to appoint an experienced disrepair surveyor to join their busy property team covering Surrey. You will be responsible for pre and post inspections, specifications, & client side contractor management to ensure Complex Repair work & Disrepair cases in your designated area completed within agreed timescales and quality standards
