Roofing Surveyor – Planned Roof Renewal Programme Location: Dorset & Surrounding Areas Salary: £44,200 Contract Type: Permanent | Flexible| Home/site based, mileage paid from home We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Surveyor to lead and manage our planned Roof Renewal Programme across the Dorset region. This role offers flexibility, with occasional travel to other areas for one-off project works. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Health & Safety inspections and ensure compliance on all roofing projects * Lead contractor progress meetings and carry out performance reviews (KPIs) * Complete post inspections for roof renewals and process monthly valuations * Maintain accurate data and financial updates using MS Office and internal databases * Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication across teams About You * Qualified to at least HNC level in a relevant discipline * 6+ years’ experience within roofing or building surveying * Strong background in contract management and stakeholder liaison * Proficient IT skills and confidence using Excel and MS Office This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining quality housing stock while benefiting from a flexible, supportive working environment that encourages autonomy and balance.
